i live in Michigan, just living here is a frustration. where can I move to that does not suck?

i have a meaningless degree in telecommunications. i got laid off and am on unemployment. only jobs i find are recruiters and headhunters paying hourly. Am I supposed to be happy with 12/hr no benefits? wtf this place sucks, they stopped plowing all side roads where i live in the decrepit capitol Lansing. ice is a foot thick on some roads. now when it is thawing, the roads have potholes everywhere. even if i got a good paying job here, there are less and less places to spend the money with all these businesses closing. i went to college here at MSU, which was a complete waste of time. i am now 4 years behind in the job market. I know many people without education who make 17- 20hr, yet i can’t find anything. sorry for the rant, but where can i move to that doesn’t have these problems? a place with jobs particularly in IT or telecomm. so far i have narrowed it down to 49 potential states.

I live in Charleston, SC Goggle is building a hub here …lots of jobs for telecom people …Cost of living is cheap here ….roads are pretty goods ….lots of different kinds of people here …..close to the beach, lakes, mountains, hiking, and has some of the most historical sites in the country. It is voted friendliest city or in the top 10 almost every year…..nice people …lots of colleges….lots of young people..gas prices are some of the lowest (only 3.03 ).and BEST OF ALL NO SNOW
